pricey for the kind of room and service.
room has leakages and smells moist.
most of the items on menu are unavailable.
the premises are not kept clean. (verandahs, kitchen area, play area)
you don't get mobile service inside room.
get food from outside because on-site kitchen closes by 9pm and the remote location of resort doesn't help.

Very very worst experience, Biggest task is reaching their hotel, road is not safety and their price of restaurant is too high Idly 1 piece 40 rps, Dosai 1 -120 rupees, poori 1 piece - 60 rps..Coffee 60 rps and milk 40 rps...

Our stay was comfortable. The hotel room was spacious, clean with nice view. The hotel restaurant is good & serves nice breakfast. For dinner they mostly have a buffet so that is not convenient. Guest house is located a bit away from the main road so if you do not have your own vehicle you may need to walk. There are nice restaurants around but they are at a distance of 1 km. Overall this is a good place for a family vacation with affordable charges.

The rooms are not having any view and the staff is not at all bothered about the guests.. even for tea or milk they are taking more than an hour to deliver and we have to remind them multiple times for that

Overall good stay. But they need to improve lot in their complimentary breakfast. And also al carte menu they had. Only they offer you the food from their buffet food menu only.

Very good and spacious rooms, Hotel TIO is strategically located near Lake surrounding.. breakfast spread was lavish and tasty. Camp fire and DJ was evening entertainment...good for family with kids..
