You have mouse in the hotel, you trab them directly at the customers, even notifying them. This is a gross violation of sanitation standards. I wrote a claim in Trip, as they paid for the booking, waiting for the answer."

"We took a two-room room on the third floor: Everything ALL REALly clean and comfortable. Tea, cups, glasses, refrigerator, which was very, very by the way! Soap, gel, shampoo, toothbrush and pasta, and even disposable slippers! Nice surprised breakfast - Swedish table!"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night. We booked it in advance through the website, and everything was fine. Check-in was quick, and parking was free near the hotel, with paid parking also available on site. The room was excellent. We especially enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel restaurant. All the dishes were delicious, and the interior was beautiful and unique. The hotel is centrally located and easy to find."
