耶拉吉里斯特爾靈飯店(Sterling Yelagiri)

The hotel was definitely overwhelmed with being full on the days we stayed. The room service was quite slow. They were trying their hardest to be responsive, but didn't seem like they were adequately staffed. The pool looked terrible and we certainly kept the kids away from it.It's a nice place rooms are clean. Towels need to be replaced they were yellowish stained or smelled oily probably used in spa. Otherwise no complaints. Hot water available all the time. Buffet is decent for the price. Car Parking adequate. We used the connecting double bedroom 2 rooms for 4 people - balcony views are limited there was a house next to us in first floor. No valley view.

A decent option given the lack of quality resorts at Yelagiri. But the overall experience has to go a lot up. Food can be better at the restaurant, breakfast buffet has good options, but lunch/dinner buffet menu is relatively limited. Swimming pool can be matained better, but otherwise the activities options are good enough.

Sterling hotel was a very good choice of ours. The hospitality of the staff was very Good.Ezpecially Mr. Pratish was very co operative. He take care of our all needs towards business meeting in a very professional way. I would recommend others to come here . Thanks Anand

Nice place for quick weekend gateway.. Swimming pool is very good .. Mr.tamil arasan has maintained really well . The holiday activities is a small space but has good facilities..Mr Vijay has done a good job of maintaining the place ..

l really loved my trip to Yelagiri thanks to the excellent service provided by Sterling. I would personally like to thank Kimi, Jayaprakash, and Abdul from the housekeeping department. Please continue the good work. Looking forward to my next visit to Sterling Yelagiri.

Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary and nice ambience. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping staff (valarmathi and Parvathi) maintained the same high standard of cleanliness, always ensuring that the room was promptly serviced. Great service

I enjoyed staying in sterling yelagiri. Rooms were neat and spacious hk staff kimi, abdul service were nice , swimming pool was well maintained. Staffs were friendly, overall stay was very good enjoyed it lot. Surely will visit again and refer friends
