Amazing setting The place is spectacular in a one of a kind setting. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Very well run with top notch service. My one minor complaint was the WiFi kept dropping - evidently an issue with certain T Mobile phones for some reason

Not that great, except the views! Beautiful setting but not as luxurious as I thought and for the cost of the room. Soiled grout on bathroom floors, older worn carpets. The idea that anyone wants to travel in the cold in a golf cart to reach the facilities is ridiculous. Staff were covered head to toe to transport people this way. Walls thin, hear everything next door. No items stocked in the fridge. No one answered when calling front desk at 9am. Restaurant was lovely and greeting staff friendly but we expected better.

Surrounded by nature but pricey Two night stay. The natural beauty of Sedona abundantly surrounds you. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are dated and carpet should be replaced. For light sleepers the casitas have sub floors and the HVAC bulkheads are noisy. However, our casita had a beautiful view and was quite. The fancy restaurant is expensive but everything tasted wonderful. Harry was our waiter and he was very knowledgeable and kind. The other restaurant was a overpriced Chili's. They also have a small market/sandwich shop. Once again overpriced food, country club quality. There is nothing around the property within a thirty minute drive. So, if you are on a budget you may want to bring a cooler, microwave, and fridge. If your a spender, sign the room charge and pay the bill. There is a $60/day resort fee. While the property is secluded, the only thing that is free is the pool and fitness room. All spa treatments are very expensive. There are several trails around the property. They are open to the public, so weekends they can be crowded. The resort is geared toward people with disposable income or people that simply have the means to enjoy everything they have to offer. If you are more frugal and a $400 one hour message seems like a lot of money, then the Enchantment might not be a good fit. A side note there is a heavy female presence at the resort. There seemed to be groups of 3-6 women all about the resort. I am assuming the spa is the attraction.

This place was gorgeously nestled amongst red rocks and felt like a very unique experience. The staff was very attentive, patient, and helpful. All of the wellness classes were of a high caliber of instruction, and the fitness center was perfect. We love Mii Amo and all the dining options we tried.

Absolutely gorgeous resort. The views are incredible and there is so much to do onsite. Hiking, biking, mountain climbing, pickleball, tennis, swimming, hot tubbing, stargazing. It is a true dream for someone who loves adventure! Will be back with our kiddos soon!

At this price point, service should be perfect. It was not. While staff was, with only one exception, very friendly, it lacks leadership. When I arrived, I waited 20 min for the bellhop. The next day I was out until 4:30. No room service yet. Underwhelming. At 5:30, they came. Kinda pointless just before dinner followed by bedtime. At 6 I tried to get a table for one. I was told 75 min. I had not been warned that reservations were needed or given other options like the bar or in-room. I head to the bar. I'm the only customer. The bartender is in a tizzy and doesn't even acknowledge me. Another couple sits at the bar. He is surly. Hisses that he's the only one there and it'll be 20 min. Wow! On so many levels. A 3rd couple comes in and gets the same treatment. They want to watch Sunday Night Football instead of the infomercial that was playing. He says they can watch whatever they want and thrusts the remote at them. Eventually, both parties get drinks. Bartender never looked at me. I'm amused at this point. All the staff is afraid of the bartender and they're all under 25. Finally get a table. Order a drink. 2 other tables are seated after me and get drinks and food before either of mine arrive. Then we hear they are no longer serving cocktails. The bartender was fired on the spot. The table next to me says the bartender at the pool was fired on the spot the day before. Life happens, but no apology, drinks on the house or refund. No customer service long view.
