There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. Free public boat launch in Penn Yan, as well as numerous wineries, restaurants and attractions just a few miles away.  2 Miles away from the famous Windmill Farm and Craft Market.Inside we have 3 spacious bedrooms with lots of natural light, private bathroom /shower, full kitchen with cooktop, living room area with large dining table for 6 , 2 full bathrooms, cozy reading nook and electric fireplace.Outside under a covered porch is a dining table for 6, comfortable lounge seating and a propane grill.The Cabin is fully heated and air conditioned insideGuests will have a keyless entry pad to gain access to the property.
