仰光最好的酒店之一～價格實惠，入住體驗好；早餐豐盛且口味佳；房間安靜乾淨；工作人員服務態度好；位置極佳，位於仰光市中心，去市內主要景點都很方便；與junction city在一起，購物、餐飲十分方便。

I would like to recommend that for my's experience at Novotel Yangon Max hotel.Firstly I want to say thank for Swam Zaw Zaw Htet. He say mingalarbar with sweet smile and room cleaning service is very good.He always greeting by using my name.I very appreciate about that and will come back for next visit.

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. We would definitely stay here more often in the future.

After having a busy time at work, it is just right to reward me. And, what is the perfect way of doing this is to treat myself to a staycation at ParkRoyal Hotel. The hotel is 5/5 in cleanliness, budget, location, and, most significantly, THE STAFF. The Staff has made my staycation a relaxing and perfect experience. I couldn't say anything negative because they went beyond my expectations as someone who, most of the time, stays in a hotel. The Staff, namely Theint Theint, Thazin, and Zaw of the Reception, Gi Gi of the Lobby Cafe, Alex and Thet Tun of the Concierge, Le Le Win of the Spice Restaurant, and Nanda of the Housekeeping were superbly amazing people who were willing to assist me. On top of that, I have to give credit to Ms. Khin, the reception manager. She was a rockstar in service. Her assistance, from my emails to the check-in, was very smooth. Thank you so much, guys! You are all fantastic hotel staff. Kudos to you! Of course, I cannot ignore that the breakfast was good, the pool was perfect for taking a plunge, and the fitness center was my favorite. Overall, I will keep returning to this hotel because ParkRoyal is Perfect for a Staycation! Thank you, ParkRoyal!

非常好的服務品質，早餐為點餐自助，房間面積大，光線視野好，可以看到大運河，有很好的健身房和游泳池，前台可以滿足你的任何需要，建議諮詢前台打車價格，距離購物中心junction city 5-7mins，非常感謝工作人員Win 和Khine的熱情服務！Very good service quality. Breakfast is a buffet. The room is large and has a good view. You can see the Grand Canal. There is a good gym and swimming pool. The front desk can meet your needs. It is recommended to consult the taxi price at the front desk. It is 5-7 minutes away from the junction city of the shopping center. Thank the staff Win and Khine for their warm service!

Chatrium酒店座落於仰光市中心，服務質量堪稱一流，人員素質也頗高，環境優雅，綠意盎然。每日三餐的質量，色香味俱全。最值得一提的是送餐用的一次性餐盒竟是降解的，足見酒店方對環保的重視。 本人因為工作關係，經常出入這裏，算是老顧客了。酒店工作人員都是熟面孔，上至酒店董事Tina，大堂經理Leo、KoKoKyi和Saimon，下至前台服務員以及門衞，都能親切的喊出本人姓名。她/他們的待客態度，更像是為自己的親友家人服務，給人賓至如歸的感覺。

我在這家五星級酒店享用了自助晚餐，無疑是一次美妙的體驗。食物的味道令人陶醉，每一口都充滿了美味與創意。餐廳的環境宜人，營造出舒適和優雅的氛圍，讓人倍感愉悅。而服務更是令人滿意，服務團隊的專業和熱情無可挑剔。特別要提及的是三位令人難忘的服務生 Min Khant, Hein Htet, Kyaw Myo 他們的細心和周到讓我感受到賓至如歸的款待。 然而，作為一次完美的晚餐體驗，也有一點小小的遺憾。那就是，雖然食物品質出色，但炸天婦羅的油鍋似乎沒有及時更換，導致油變得顏色較深。如果餐廳能在這方面多加註意，相信會進一步提升整體的用餐享受。總體而言，我對這次用餐體驗留下了極為美好的印象，我期待着再次光臨這裏，繼續品味這裏的美食與服務。

早餐可以，可選的種類也比較多。和大部分酒店一樣早餐從六點半到九點半。我住的房間不能加牀。適合帶孩子入住。酒店的位置挺好，容易找到，離瑞光大金塔挺近。酒店裡邊有小型停車場，停五六輛車沒有問題，但是平時衹有一兩輛車。 前台的服務特別好。如果自己出去打的會比較貴，他們會幫你叫出租車價格會比較公道。 我離店時趕早晨的飛機，人家六點半的早餐允許我六點鐘就去用餐。 我多次接觸的前台服務經理是一位出家13年還俗的男士，人好，謙遜有禮，英語也好。 唯一出現的問題是酒店的具體位置與探途地圖上標明的位置不一致。上傳的圖片中五角星的位置是探途標明的位置，而藍色小圈圈是實際的酒店位置。

我們與朋友在服務公寓度過新年夜的住宿,簡直就是例外。前廳員工,包括Yee Mon,Theint和May,在使其難忘方面發揮了關鍵作用。他們在辦理入住時熱情的舉止和高效的服務爲我們的經驗定下了積極的基調。Yee Mon 對細節的關注, Theint 的熱情款待,以及 May 的迅速援助,真正脫穎而出。感謝這些傑出的個人,我們的慶祝活動被提升了,我們強烈推薦這個地方的住宿和優秀的工作人員。
