Turned up for first meal and showed my Japanese gluten free card. They looked a little puzzled/concerned but hopped to and found the chef who duly pointed out what I could eat from the selection on had. Same for breakfast the next morning. From then on, they brought out special dishes they had made for me and had them ready when I turned up for every meal. Best GF service I've had for a long time, and all so very polite in the Japanese tradition. Vert happy Other than that, its like stepping back in time to a 1980's Swiss theme. Comfy beds, warm and all facilities you need in a great location
