Good but it’s near to airport

İlgisi, alakası, bilgisi gerçekten harika insan Furkan Öztürk. İçtiğimiz bir birinden harika kokteyllerle tecrübesini konuşturdu. Kibarlığı için ayrıca teşekkür eder, kokteyle merakı olanların muhakkak kendisini bulmasını öneririm. Emeğine ve ellerine sağlık

Konum çok iyi ama konumdan daha iyi bir şey varsa o da Furkan Öztürkün güler yüzü,iş bilgisi ve efendiliğidir. Mutlaka Furkan beyin signature kokteylini denemelisiniz hayatım boyunca içtiğim en iyi kokteyl olabilir her şey için teşekkürler muhakkak bir daha geleceğim

Manzarası sakinliği ve yemeklerinin lezzeti ile bizden 10/10 puan aldı. Yediğimiz en güzel sushi kesinlikle burada. Ayrıca Furkan Öztürk Bey’e de güleryüzü ve hoş sohbeti için teşekkür ederiz. Her şey çok güzeldi. Tekrar gelmek dileğiyle.

Tercih ettiğimiz otelinizde İstanbul’da da bizi ağırlayan Furkan Öztürk’ü görmek bizi çok ama çok mutlu etti. Aynı enerjiyle çalışıyo olmasını görmek çok güzel. Trabzon maceramızda artık geleceğimiz adres tamamen netleşti. Saygılar

Arkadaşlarla birlikte kokteyl içmek için geldik, öncelikle içkileri hazırlayan Furkan Öztürk çok kibar ve ilgiliydi, kokteyl alkol oranı da kesinlikle fiyatının hakkını veriyor.. Kokteylden alkol tadı almak istiyorsanız doğru adres.

It's a beautiful location and excellent facility. I would like to say that the front desk staff spoke English well and was helpful. But unfortunately we had a negative experience with the restaurant staff. They avoided us and were giving us bad looks. I don't know if it is because we are not locals or what. The staff really needs to work on hospitality skills. In the huge dining room, the food was beautifully laid out, but the staff didn't greet us, and we were the only people in the entire room at the time. Even though everything about the hotel seemed excellent, I would not return there for this lack of hospitality reason.

أوتيل روعااا كتير حلوو و تعاملهم معانا كان كتير راقي و النضافة شي تاني كتير نضيف الكادر بيهتم بلنضافه. المديره اسين موجوده هنيك أمرأه ناجحة كتير و اهتمامها حلو بنصح اي حدا يروح للأوتيل و يشوف الأهتمام و النضافة 🥰

We chose this hotel as one of the best in Trabzon. Overall it was okay but several points the hotel management would be good to consider: 1. It was totally unclear when housekeeping service comes. We were told at around 10, but we seen it comes anytime during a day. So with water bottles, they may remember about you at 6 pm in evening and bring water bottles. 2. When Cleaning services come (not housekeeping) they would bin anything partially they see - chips, used water, halfly remaining pack of seeds, whatever they see. And when I asked Why, the say cause it s used and could accept the fact that I have not eat all the chips over a night because tomorrow cleaners will just bit it if I left some. I never seen something like this anywhere in the world, especially in top hotels. Cleaning itself is average, of you heen in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Ramada, dont expect the same here. 3. When I asked reception for iodine, that should be in any first aid kit, they said we dont have it. 4. There were no toothbrush and tooth paste in the room on a first day, and when we askedz they brought only one however there were 2 of us. Second they brought later, but brush seems to be used before, so I bought new one. Plusses: Location, near the Black sea, sandy beach Breakfast is very good
