前衛精緻的亞拉卡瓦克的評論

Если хотите испортить себе отдых- добро пожаловать в этот отель! Кондиционер не работает, на завтрак только омлет в вонючем садике с мухами, на пляже стройка где 15 человек колотят и пилят под турецкую музыку, и когда тебя нет в номере, он постоянно открыт на распашку, где гуляет весь отель, рассматривают твои вещи , что то ремонтируют постоянно. Воду в номере не пополняют, на троих одна чашка. В общем - добро пожаловать в турецкий ад!!!

İlk defa ziyaret ettiğim otel için şunları söyleyebilirim.Yiyecek içecek olağan dışı pahalı bakmayın odaların uygun olduğuna küçük su 100 tl gerisini siz hesap edin.Yemek menüsüde öyle şahane falan değil aldığı paranın karşılığını vermiyor bir hamburger söyledik ekmeği yakmışlardı.Mantı söyledik taneleri o kadar büyük ki timsah olmanız lazım yemek için.Personel varmı yokmu belli değil ilgi alaka yok öyle denk gelirsen birşey istiyorsun.Denizi idare eder kumun yapısı çok hoşunuza gitmeyebilir.Etkinlik anlamında hiç birşey yok.Pansiyon kıvamında biryer anlayacağınız.Havuzda can kurtaran varmı diye sordum cocuklar için yok dediler😊Bildiğim kadarı ile yönetmeliğe aykırı.Tek avantajı merkeze 3.7 km mesafede.Tavsiye edermiyim etmem.Bu arada bir çok ülke gezmiş ve bir çok otelde kalmış bir kişi olarak yorumlarımı yazdım.Bir tek sabah kahvaltısını beğendim butik ve lezzetli idi bir tek ücretsiz olan buydu.İşlerimi için resepsiyona bilgisayar sordum bilirsiniz bir çok otel lobisinde olur yok dediler.Şimdilik görüşlerim bunlar.Sonuç olarak vasat biryer.

Onceki senelerde konaklama yaptigim ilerleyen senelerde plajini kullandigim cok sevdigim minik ama cocuklar icin sahane bir deniz keyfi. Plaji / kum bu sene yenilenmiste. Yemekleri ayrica cok lezzetli. Havlu plaj icin veriyorlar. Gitmeden rezervasyon yaptirin.

Güzel bir gün geçirdik. Yemekler, deniz, servls hersey cok iyiydi. Ancak hesabı ödemek istediğimizde gelen arkadaş günün bütün güzelliğini bitirdi. Ödeme tutarının yüksek olduğunu ve karttan tek seferde ödeme çekemeyeceğini söyledi. Ben de beach otelin her yerinde reklami yapilan karti kullanacagimi, tek seferde cekmezse indirimi eksik alacagimi, bircok yerde de bu tutarin cok ustunde kartla sıkıntısız odeme yaptığımı söyledim. Hayır oyle olmuyor dedi. Oluyor dedim. Karşılıklı gerildik. Nasıl yapabileceğini anlattım. Bunu bu şekilde yap dedim. Bana emir kipi kullanamazsın dedi. Daha da gerildik. Nasıl yapacağını ekrandan gösterdim. Dediğim şekilde yapılabildiğini gördü. Bana yarattığı gergin ortamdan çok rahatsız olduğumu ve servis ücreti ödemeyeceğimi söyleyince beni tehdit etti. O zaman otele girip size ekstra başka birşey şarj edeceğim dedi. Otele girdik, müdür yerinde yoktu. Telefonda müdürle konuştuk, durumu aktardım. Düzgün bir insandı, kusura bakmayın dedi. Servis şarjı ödemeden hesabı kapayıp çıktık. Güzel günü berbat şekilde kapadık. Yanlış ve iş bilmeyen, müşteriyle nasıl iletişim kuracağını bilmeyen insanlarla çalışmak servis sektöründe ne yazık ki tüm güzellikleri örtüyor. Bu nedenle herşey son dakikaya kadar güzelken, düşük notla kapadığımız bir gün oldu ne yazık ki.

Perfect with great staff and very helpful in everything that we asked for. Nice rooms and beach Specially Dogukan, Gamza, Cahin, beach club members and restaurant staff Also the guest relation managers are very helpful and were very kind to us

Nice hotel but a little out of the way. (Marina would be the place i would stay). Staff were good in particular a guy called sergeant who went out of his way to help. An issue for me and friends was the wifi constantly going off and having to re register each time. (an issue when catching up on work)

We booked two rooms to accommodate 5 for a week in early June when we visited Yalikavak to attend a family wedding. The hotel has clearly been refurbished recently (I suspect during the out of season period) and we are delighted to report that the hotel is in superb order throughout. The communal areas an absolute delight and the rooms faultless. It has a wonderful beach area and pool and the restaurant serves great food. Breakfast didn’t fail to please each morning! Situated across the bay from the Marina the hotel is a little out of town - a fairly pleasant walk of about 35 minutes. Reception will also call local taxis which are with you in short time. Cost to the old town area or Marina around 75 Lira (£3ishUK.). There is also a local convenience shop just outside the hotel and a little family fun restaurant (Caca) only a 2 minute walk away which is highly recommended. The service throughout the property was simply exemplary. Everyone we met pleasant, helpful and always smiling. It makes a difference! Thank you. Having not visited Yalikavak before we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we return sometime in the future we will have no hesitation in booking the Avantgarde.

Room was not cleaned properly ,there were some remaining candies from previous guests and dust in the corners of the room Bedsheets had stains The pillows were not good quality and very uncomfortable The lighting of the bathroom was very poor I could not do my make up in the bathroom because the lighting was not enough The staff was very kind and helpful they tried to do their best. But the hotel does not have the standart as it is written on the webpage

Overall was ok The beach was so nice and staff very friendly The location was a bit far and you need a car because sometimes hard to get taksi. The breakfast was disappointed. The bed wasn’t comfortable and furniture need renovation

Overall a nice property. Location was pretty and the resort was nice. Over the 4 days we were there we never had maid service once (they never even knocked). The restaurant unfortunately gave me food poisoning. The location had no other food options (not the hotels fault, but just an FYI). We were there early September and getting a taxi was next to impossible - I recommend renting a car during the busy season.

Some of the staff was super helpful, kind and attentive. It was mostly due to those key staff members that we had a good time. Esp. Mr. Lokman! Also our room was upgraded to a larger room to accommodate our kid better, which we were very thankful for. The property has a nice kids pool, activity area for young kids and a nice cosy beach. However the facility(or staff) did not seem to be ready for the season during our stay. Food and drinks service was really slow(and the menu could use some upgrades, we overheard the kitchen was understaffed). All in all would recommend to families with kids assuming they fix their service which lacked when key members were not present.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Yalikavak, just outside of the main town area, which makes it very relaxing and calm. The hotel beach is just perfect for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing in the sun. The room (Sea View), with balcony was also very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
