Si hay problemas o inconvenientes no dan alternativas ni opciones El día que teníamos que ir a la isla de Gozo hubo mal tiempo y los viajes se cancelaron ( adjunto foto). Fue imposible llegar al hotel desde Valera, donde estábamos ( la capital). Nos pusimos en contacto con el hotel y nos dijeron que en la otra punta de la isla había un ferry que llevaba ( no había información online que el ferry funcionara). Ir al ferry ( si no dispones de coche de alquiler) suponía que tardábamos una mañana en llegar a la isla de Gozo y al hotel ( no está céntrico en la isla). Informamos al hotel y a Booking que estábamos ante una situación de fuerza mayor ( garantías legales ante el consumidor) Booking comentó al hotel que hicieran una excepción y no aplicarán el coste total de la habitación que no habíamos podido disfrutar ( adjunto foto). El hotel se negó alegando en todo momento que podíamos ir a la otra ubicación y que no nos devolvían el dinero de la habitación que no habíamos podido disfrutar por fuerzas mayores. Si hablamos de la habitación: antigua, pequeña, no estaba bien insonorizada y si la habitación no da a la bahía da a una calle fea y sin gracia. Pague dos noches por 1 que pude usar. No vayáis a este lugar. En otros hoteles donde he vivido alguna situación así, han intentado remediar la situación y empatizar con el cliente. No vale los 100€ que pagas por noche

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours à l'hôtel San Andrea à Xlendi. Hôtel situé proche d'un parking public gratuit. Les parties communes sont très belles mais les chambres sont petites et datées. La nôtre donnait côté rue, vue moche sur immeuble délabré. Le lit xxl et les oreillers sont confortables mais les draps et couvertures sont trop petits, pas adaptés. La salle de bain est exiguë avec baignoire et rideau de douche, elle aurait besoin d'être rénovée. Le sèche-cheveux est super. La clim réversible est trop bruyante. Le restaurant est super avec de bons prix. Le personnel est très agréable et arrangeant.

The stay was very good, a sea view room watching the busy bay with people swimming and relaxing along the shores of Xlendi bay. Breakfast was excellent and even the evening meal, a good value for money. Staff friendly a helpfull. I did not like seeing dogs in restaurant during breakfast.

Lovely friendly hotel right on the waterfront. Great showers and a really good breakfast made for a welcome rest after our hike along the Gozo coast path from M’garr. The Zafira restaurant in the hotel was also excellent with great food at really good prices.

Stayed here for three nights, lovely sea view from room. Staff very helpful, took advantage of happy hour and breakfast options were perfect for us. Rooms were made up daily, were clean and no complaints here. We were happy here during our short break in Gozo.

Set on Xlendi promenade, with views and gentle sounds of the Mediterranean Sea is this lovely hotel. We chose a room with sea view and sat on the balcony to read each evening and to watch the sun go down before dinner. The Zafiro restaurant is outstanding and we think it is very good value considering the amazing quality…what a great chef they have here! All of the staff were friendly and helpful and we couldn’t have had a nicer stay. Rooms are clean and practical and have TV, tea and coffee making facilities, en suite and hair dryer. I suggest you bring shampoo and a bar of soap unless you like liquid soap dispensers but I’m ‘old school’ and like my own products. Close by is a small but well stocked convenience store, fish bar, and a collection of small but pleasant bars and cafés. A cocktail bar is a short walk up the hill and is worth a pre dinner drink…but don’t forget to return here for an excellent meal. There’s a local bus nearby (2€) and the island tour buses stop here too just 50 yards away. Taxis are available and good value eg getting to the capital cost us 8€ (We used Bolt app for this). Gozo is a beautiful, gentle paced island and is well worth a visit. We were staying in Malta and came to this hotel for 5 nights, travelling from Valletta by fast ferry. (3€ Single).
