西安東舍飯店（鐘鼓樓回民街店）

管家丸子真的太給力了，我們原本定的是雙床房 但是我們考慮到一家四個人有點住不下 小姐姐就帶我們兩個房間都看了一下 然後幫我們升級到了高級房型，住得很寬敞 房間的電腦有點問題 及時給我們處理了，真的太感謝了

旅店的住宿體驗非常滿意，酒店工作人員的服務態度極其優秀，整個團隊展現出了極高的服務意識。特別感謝客房管家桃子和餐廳部的尹改利對我們的細心照顧。非常感激離開時收到的伴手禮，以及每天早餐時的貼心服務。最讓人感動的是，在我們入住的這幾天，酒店提供了下午茶。因為我們沒有去，酒店特地將下午茶送到了房間，非常周到。酒店地理位置極為優越，步行即可到達所有景點，非常喜歡。 The stay at the hotel was incredibly satisfying. The staff's service attitude was outstanding, and the team demonstrated exceptional service awareness. Special thanks to housekeeper Peach and Ms. Yin Gaili from the restaurant department for their thoughtful care. We were especially touched by the farewell gift upon departure and the attentive service during breakfast every morning. What moved us the most was the hotel's gesture of offering afternoon tea during our stay. Since we didn’t go to the afternoon tea, the hotel thoughtfully delivered it to our room, which was incredibly considerate. The hotel’s location is extremely central, within walking distance to all attractions. Absolutely loved it.

入住前一天，就有專門對接。叫桃子的客服真的太貼心了，什麼都為我們考慮到了。服務太到位了。酒店的早餐也是，非常豐富。客服看到我們急匆匆吃早飯就幫我們把水果打包帶上路上吃。這個酒店值得入住，以後有機會一定還是東舍。謝謝你們了
