The place a lot of spiders in my room with a spider crawling out of my bath towel and another over our bed when we woke up. Had issues with noisy air conditioning and empty bottles of bath supplies in our rooms as well. This was combined with a very slow service during breakfast with long lines for food.

It would be helpful if the breakfast service could be extended to 10:00 AM, as that aligns with the standard at many hotels. Additionally, providing a night light in the room would improve comfort— it was quite dark at night when all the lights were off.

Rooms and property very clean, beds comfortable and good pillows! Front desk staff sorry to say need work.

A little disappointed The light in the bathroom fell out of the ceiling. Needed more towels and face cloths and they didn't have any face cloths available. The staff was friendly. They didn't empty our garbage cans or give us a new bag for the ice bucket.

Room and rest of the building was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay but limited on the weekend. Just had lukewarm showers. Water for the showers could have been warmer

Not recommended experience We booked the room a week in advance. The check-in time states to be 3/4pm. But our room is still not clean/availbe until 8pm when we check in. We have to take our baby and luggage and sit in the hall for another 1-1.5hour for waiting the room is cleaned. We went for breakfast at 9am (breakfast ends at 10am) and there is literally nothing left but still tons of guest waiting in the room for food. It seems like the hotel is short of people or otherwise is poorly managed. one employee has to be responsible for checking in/out and running away to take care of room guest’s needs as well as other facilities. Guests have to wait poorly long until that single employee is returned from other tasks.
