大大急流城市中心戴斯套房飯店(Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Grand Rapids Near Downtown)

Lots going on here. Strange setup in the room but not bad. Staff was helpful. Machines were not stocked and the ice machines broken. Overall would probably not frequent this one unless another trip changed my mind or the convenience due to location made it worth the stay. Definitely wouldn't say it's a bad place but there was a lot of questionable activity that even the young woman behind the desk had to keep getting involved in, which she did a very good job of while remaining very pleasant.

La habitación estaba sucia, las alfombras terribles de suciedad, la tina de baño toda sucia y oxidada. el hotel esta bien hubicado relativamente cerca de todo a unos 10 minutos, el servicio muy mal, cuando sales que quieren cobrar de mas, el hotel siempre tiene un olor a diversos cigarros, no es lo que esperaba como en otros hoteles Days Inn que me he quedado. en general se observa la falta de mantenimiento.

They allow people that don't have a room inside the building, who then start asking for money and had some dude who had no room follow me to mine thank goodness my husband was there. Would not recommend for families or women if so pay attention to your surroundings. Also was charged three different times for the incidentals that have yet to be returned. I would never stay here again.

This place is a real dump. Rooms have stains all over the floors, looked like blood and the sheets definitely did not get changed. The second room they gave us smelled like smoke and had holes in the wall. Breakfast was a joke and not worth your time. Would not tell anyone tracing with kids to stay at this dirty hotel.

dirty counter tops. unclean sheets. window broken. broken toilet seat. old/gross shower. burn marks in carpet. sticky chairs. floor boards not on all and on carpet.

When we got into our room we found the following things... 1. The bathroom sink would not drain. 2 the carpet has A LOT of stains on it. 3 the walls had marker and ink pen on every wall! I'm talking florescent green either marker or paint 4 when we left this morning we found multiple ants in the room! And 5. When my daughter went in to take a shower, it looked like dirt actually came out of the faucet before the water. The do have a "breakfast" if you want to call it that. It consisted of Bagels with cream cheese, peanut butter and jelly, hard boiled eggs, and cereal. Which I get isn't that bad but it is definitely advertised as more.. I guess you get what you pay for.. Will we stay here again? DEFINITELY NOT!

Their system was down and we couldn't even check in. Was denying everyones card and the workers were rude and made it seem like the guest were the issues. I would NEVER book again. We ended up leaving, was never offered anything for THEIR ISSUE

There was a lot of glass in the parking lot and the ice machine was down. The inside was clean and clerk was very friendly. The room was also clean too.
