Room could have been cleaner Long hair over the dresser Pillows rock hard so sore neck in the morning Good pressure in shower

Amazing stay with great service

Very helpful friendly reception staff , we couldn’t get in the main restaurant so they called “The willows “ which was on the same site to make sure we could get food there and also watch the football which was what interested my son. Room was lovely, clean, comfy huge bed and lovely powerful shower in the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was buffet, constantly topped up with fresh food. Lovely quiet setting would definitely come back but would make sure we arrived in time to use the pool.

Lovely ambience and atmosphere. Really enjoyed our time there. Staff were very polite and professional

Excellent location and lovely atmosphere

Der Check in war leider nicht sehr hilfreich. ich war zwar etwas zu früh im Hotel, jedoch sollte mein Zimmer in 30 Minuten bezugsfertig sein. Ich saß vorne direkt an der Rezeption. Und erst nach 1,5 Stunden kam ich dann in mein Zimmer. Und dies auch erst nach dem ich nachgefragt hatte.

Had a wonderful break at this lovely hotel with friends. The staff all friendly and helpful at all times Weather was little wet but still had a relaxing time with spa, sauna & jacuzzi. Would definitely visit again. The hotel also has a driving range and golf course.

Yspa at Wyboston Lakes is a spa not to be missed, the team of spa angels are the best so friendly and welcoming and look after your needs especially with great drinks to make the whole day so relaxing and therapeutic 10/10 and also the warm outdoor spa pool is incredible, make sure you go here asap

Lots of parking, nice room about 2 miles from reception. Bar man very good but wine markup is 300%, a New Zealand Sauvignon for £41 which is a £10 bottle. Restaurant was adequate and the staff were uninspiring. I'd stay again and give the restaurant a miss

Had a lovely relaxing day in the spa with my daughter. All of the staff we had contact with were so lovely and helpful. The 45 minute facial treatment was amazing. I would definitely recommend. 😊

The hotel rooms are are nice, clean with everything you could need. We have stayed in the waterfront hotel and spa as well as the training centre, with the latter actually having nicer, more modern rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful with check in and check out is smooth. The spa is wonderful with great facilities, love the salt room and the outdoor heated pool is a really special experience. The treatments are fabulous and definitley worth it.

Really enjoyed our time here. Nice hotel with good facilities. Brilliant staff and excellent presentation and cleanliness. No aircon in rooms and heated bathroom mirrors so hot at night, but fans provided.
