Excellent location close to buses and trains. Excellent breakfast. Cleaning service below average. Due to sustainable cleaning policy rooms are cleaned upon request (not every two days as they say) it means that you run out of shower gel (we had to ask at the reception), towel (had to phone reception) and toilet paper! When they clean it is not accurate (one bed was made and the other not). There is no phone in the rooms and airdryer is a toy (stops every minute) We asked for a real air dryer and they didn’t have it (how come?? What do they do if your hairdryer breaks down? Leave you with wet hair?) but carefully explained how the hairdryer works (what?)

My wife and I have travelled to over 100 countries and stayed in 5 Star hotels. This is now our favourite (No1)! The Art Deco theme in the hotel that continues into the huge rooms which had fully equipped kitchens. Extremely clean! Breakfast was all home made Mango Yoghurts , omelettes and bacon cooked to perfection. Tea selection and coffee better than usual hotel chains fare. The bar and small plates were awesome. All the staff were exemplary and over the top service oriented! Wonderful 3 day stay and we will be back soon!!!

Das Personal war super freundlich, man hat sich direkt angekommen gefühlt. Ein weiteres Plus ist, dass man sich am Kaffeautomat bedienen kann und zudem täglich eine flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer gestellt bekommt. Ach und: Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar.

We were going to the euros and saw this hotel for £100 per night. In places like cologne they were charging near £300. Right away the price of this place was good. The lady on reception was friendly and told us all the information we would need and explained the night entrance to us very well. We were also promised twin beds in the room and we were given them. The breakfast at €20 pp is a scam so we avoided that as there are plenty to places to eat and drink in the area. The room was basic but it was clean and spacious enough. The beds were comfy and it also has a tv (only German channels but it’s expected really.) The toilet has an adequate shower. They leave free water and glasses in the rooms too. Overall this is a good hotel that does the job for a few nights at a great price during a major tournament. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for one evening on a business visit. The hotel was very good, service was excellent. Very modern hotel, and a ten minute walk into an area of restaurants etc. Breakfast was great, and would thoroughly recommend if you visit this area of Germany.

Ich bin bei diesem Hotel / Restaurant hin und her gerissen. Wobei mir bei dem Restaurant die Bewertung leicht fällt. Beim Restaurant eine überschaubare Karte die mit Fertigprodukten bespielt wird und dafür völlig überteuert ist. Alternativen gibt es in der Nähe nicht, das das Hotel in einem Wohngebiet liegt. Die Kellnerin war spröde aber herzlich. Und das ist Positiv gemeint. Das Zimmer hatte wenig mit Gastlichkeit zu tun. Als erstes fielen mir Klebebebandreste am Fenstergriff auf, dann positiv, das neue Bad, bei dem man aber seinen Kulturbeutel nicht abstellen kann. Das schlimmste ist aber, dass man den Zimmerservice abschafft. Das Hotels nicht mehr jeden Tag Handtücher tauschen ist OK. Ist zwar wirtschaftlich begründet macht aber Sinn. Das man jetzt aber nicht mehr lüftet und das Bett nicht mehr ordnet führt dazu, dass ich das Hotel als servicelose Ferienwohnung ansehe. Fazit: Nie wieder
