在天空-天塔公寓(In the Sky - Apartamenty w Sky Tower)

Dnia 15.02 miałam rezerwację w apartamencie z jacuzzi w sky tower. Rezerwacji dokonałam dzień wcześniej przez *********** w godzinach między 14-15. Niestety dnia 15.02 po przejechaniu ponad pięciuset kilometrów, dwie godziny przed rozpoczęciem naszej rezerwacji okazało się, że nastąpił błąd systemu i nasza rezerwacja została anulowana a miejsce w „naszym” apartamencie jest już zajęte. Co zabawne trzy godziny przed informacją o anulowaniu mojej rezerwacji otrzymałam sms-a potwierdzającego rezerwację i informacje o odebraniu karty do pokoju i sposobie zameldowania. Oczywiście po otrzymaniu rezerwacji skontaktowałam się z bookingiem o zaistniałej sytuacji lecz niestety po rozmowie z nimi dowiedziałam się tylko że muszę czekać ponieważ muszą sprawdzić ten błąd. Nie było mi to wiadomo na rękę ponieważ byłam już we Wrocławiu w centrum i nie miałam zwyczajnie gdzie się podziać. Następnie udałam się do recepcji sky tower i doznałam szoku jak w takim renomowanym apartamentowcu pracuje niesympatyczna a wręcz chamska obsługa ! Wyjaśniłam Pani recepcjonistce w nerwach całą sytuację i zamiast przeprosin otrzymałam pretensjonalny ton i ofertę że mogą mi zaoferować w to miejsce pokój z sauna (co nie było dla mnie satysfakcjonujące ponieważ przyjechałam dla jacuzzi a nie dla sauny) z obniżką o wartości trzystu złotych, lub pokój z sauna za standardową cenę plus ozdobienie pokoju🤡🤡🤡🤡. Oczywiście jako osoba się szanująca odmówiłam tej jakże wspaniałomyślnej i szczodrej propozycji ponieważ nie była ona w żadnym stopniu atrakcyjna i wolałam dopłacić już te pieniądze i pójść spać w gorszych warunkach niż pozwolić sobie na takie traktowanie. Poinformowałam tą „sympatyczną” Panią że nie godzę się na zaproponowane przez nią warunki i jedynie satysfakcjonująca dla mnie oferta będzie pokoj gratis w ramach przeprosin za pomyłkę. Oczywiście jak można było się spodziewać spotkałam się z odmową mojej propozycji więc natychmiast opuściłam budynek. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z taką sytuacją i jestem w ciężkim szoku jak tak rozpoznawalny na całą Polskę apartamentowiec może dopuścić się do takiego traktowania swoich gości którzy zostawiają tam niemałe pieniądze ! Ja rozumiem, że pomyłki się zdarzają i nawet już nie chce wnikać czy jest to z winy bookingu czy sky towera ale biorąc pod uwagę zaistniałą sytuację to skytower powinien stanąć na rzęsach i zapewnić mi pokój w ramach rekompensaty. Nie dość że poniosłam straty pieniężne tj. Paliwo (tak jak wcześniej wspomniałam trasa wynosiła ponad pięćset kilometrów) to również straty moralne. Serdecznie nie polecam obsługi w sky tower, wiedząc już jak traktowany jest tam gość (ciekawe czy jakaś celebrytka zostałaby potraktowana tak samo) nigdy już nie skorzystam z ich usług.

Für den Preis erwarte ich ein Appartement ohne jegliche Mängel. Leider fand ich die Wohnung mit aufgeplatzen Farbwänden vor, teilweise bröckelte der Putz an manchen Stellen ab, eine Lampe funktionierte nicht und der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft. Das waren dann auch alle Mängel. Aber trotz allem eine qwunderbare Nacht mit einer hervorragenden Aussicht. Der Preis war einfach viel zu hoch mit den Mängeln.

Wir waren von dem Apartment und von der Aussicht überwältigt. Dies war für uns ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Schade nur war es, dass für die Unterhaltung ( Radio, Fernsehen) nichts in unserer Sprache gab. Schön war es, dass Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, und die wundervolle Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Wir haben während unserem Aufenthalt nicht alles geschafft und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Das Apartment war super und die Aussicht faszinierend. Das Bett war leider ziemlich durchgelegen und das Fenster lies sich nicht öffnen.

Be careful! Illegal drone operations!! The company has been known for a year and is deliberately not mentioned! The negative rating applies to the rental company MOON SUITE 29/9!! There isn't much to say about the room, except that it is right next to the elevator machine room and can be quite noisy due to the elevators. But I can write something about the unfriendly and arrogant staff and the problems we had. We were there on Saturday, March 23. In the moon suite in the jacuzzi and we enjoyed the view. Until around 10 p.m., when we suddenly noticed that a drone was filming us and we couldn't get out of the water for 20 minutes. After this embarrassing situation, we managed to get out of the water and completely lowered the shutters so that we couldn't enjoy the view at all. The next day, we and the other injured players faced the team. She could only laugh dirty and sometimes ignored us, we had to raise our voices. However, this company was not interested at all. And from the conversation with the porter at the reception, it turns out that the problem has been known for over a year. We booked the room just for the bathtub and the view. I couldn't enjoy anything. No refund or anything like that. The company should be ashamed of itself. There is no evidence of such illegal drone activity. No notice in the room, no notice on the website. It is simply absolutely contrary to human dignity and absolutely impossible. We are dealing with a deliberate violation of privacy!! Over 1 year! how many victims there will be! You just have to see where the Drona will land again! audacity!! Never again

Visited with 2 kids, had a great stay in a very luxoruous apartment. All 3 of us absolutely loved the view!

I booked the pent house apartment at this hotel, though my flight will arrive later than expected. I contacted the hotel to arrange a taxi, though was told that check in closes at 9pm and I will not be able to stay. I asked if there is anything they can do for me. I would assume, as with every apart hotel I've ever stayed in (and something priced then 5 star hotels) there would be a 24 hour reception in the event a guest has an issue etc and at the least there must be someone in the night for emergencies, I was even prepared to pay extra for someone to stay late. They simply said they couldn't do anything and I would not be able to get a refund (something worth noting that it isn't anywhere on the platform I booked that they close check in at 9pm and when I mentioned this on the phone I was told it is in the fine print that I should have read. When I asked what would happen if a family with small children are on a delayed flight and didn't have the money or knowledge to find another hotel at last minute late at night, I was sworn at and hung up on. This hotel has intentionally deceived guests on their booking platforms and have no procedures to support guests with unexpected delays. Luckily I called from a work phone where all calls are recorded, something I intend to share with management. Stay well away from this place.
