I had a friendly greeting at the front desk with efficient check-in. The room was clean and neat. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were good. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel to stay at in Worthington. Woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Right next door to a nice restaurant.

Very clean! We usually choose Holiday Inn Express for that reason… this one was very clean… makes for a comfy cozy stay!

The staff when I arrived and throughout my 3 day, 2 night stay were pleasant, professional, kind and helpful. The rooms and common areas were clean and pleasant. I felt comfortable and safe.

Terrible check in experience. Wouldn’t let us. Heck in until “paid” by your website. Clerk having trouble with your credit card number. Not welcoming. Sat for 30 minutes until she called you to figure it out

When asked what I got charged for more cleaning. The lady would not say Never will I stay at a holiday inn and suites again. 100.00 for clean and they can’t tell.

We checked in uneventfully midafternoon, left our luggage in the room, and departed for several hours. When we returned that evening our keys no longer worked, and we were informed by the desk staff that “Holidex cancelled the reservation through *******.” Another party had been given access to our room and realized it was already occupied. The front desk staff was waiting for us with new keys when we returned that evening. This is inconvenient, disruptive to the travel plans of multiple individuals as well as a safety concern.

Convenient for a quick stop on our way to South Dakota. Good breakfast
