We had evening meal in the Bistro where we found the staff as always friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us. The food was outstanding and we enjoyed it very much. We are regular visitors and enjoy the place. It was quite busy but there was no waiting for service.

I stayted at the WCH, in the annex about 25 metres from the main hotel, and would not choose to do so again. On arrival everything seemed fine, other than they only had me booked in for one night when it was two. I went to my room. The room was a very odd triangular shape requiring me to move awkwardly around the furniture to get to and from the bed. Other than that, the room was fine. I arrived back at the hotel on the second evening and my key did not work; I could not get through the outside door. I went back across the road to reception to get this sorted out and my key was re-programmed; I got through the outside door but not into my room. I went back, came back to my room, it didn't work. I went back a third time and the receptionist seemed more interested in finding a hairbrush for her daughter's wet hair and sorting out another item for her other daughter than sorting out my room key. Eventually she came with me to the room, changed the batteries in the door lock and, my key didn't work. She gave me another programmed key and that did work. Whilst I was talking on the phone in my room the maintenance person just opened the door to come in. He did not knock or establish if there was someone in there. Having realised I was in the room he then closed the door and then reopened it to apologise.

Not what you think! You fist go into a nice hotel with gym, pool etc, then we was told to cross over to go to another building, the building, rooms are small, tv is 5 inches, and I stayed in tool 57, right under the main stairs, I had no sleep all night due to people Aldi g up and down all through the night, would never ever go back or recommend, give this one a bigggg miss

令人難以置信的食物！我花了很多年的時間旅行和吃飯，所以我特別驚訝地在這裡吃到了我吃過的最好的鱸魚。簡直太棒了。首先，它煮得很完美。其次，它的供應方式意味著味道和質地都得到了完美的保留。它精緻、酥脆、易碎，中心煮得恰到好處。醬汁和與之搭配的所有東西都很完美。相當令人驚嘆的成就。這是一項成就，以至於事後它一直縈繞在我的腦海裡，所以我不得不回去。我相信廚師叫登普西。所以，謝謝你的一頓美餐。這真的很特別！

We held a charity boozy bingo night at the Washington Central Hotel, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue! From start to finish, the team was fantastic . Communication before the event was clear and efficient, and the staff made sure everything was set up just right. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were really helpful throughout the night. The atmosphere was amazing, and everyone who came had a brilliant time. We've had great feedback and would definitely book here again for future events. Highly recommend!

Six course taster menu was outstanding , really showing off the experience of the chefs!! Fantastic service and ate lots of things I wouldn’t usually try and loved them!! Would highly recommend when they offer this, we will be booking for the next one and bringing our friends !
