Good location , easy to get to Holy Cross! Very clean Front reception- staff friendly

You have a nice property there and the folks that work there are friendly and helpful. Love that you are close to DCU -So I got a 1 bedroom suite since my son was joining me. when I asked for linens for the pull out couch, I got a knock on the door. I opened the door and nobody was there but 2 bags of linens were there. There was no blanket unfortunately. -When I asked about directions to the parking deck, the person at the hotel check-in counter described how to get to the deck but didn't mention that it's kind of big and that you have to pay attention to signs so that you park under the hotel and can then take the elevator up into the hotel. My son and I (we drove separately) ended up parking further away from the hotel and climbed a stare well that put us a block away from the hotel. When we checked out and attempted to enter that same stairwell the door was locked. There we were with heavy bags and had to trudge back to the hotel and take the hotel elevator down to the parking deck and then try to find our cars. -I asked for a late check out at 1pm. I got a knock on the door from the maid service person was not aware that we had a late check out. My room key also stopped working which is always stressful when trying to make a couple of trips to the car. At the front desk it seemed a little challenging for the 2 folks there to figure out how to get it working again. There was no available cart to use to load up my luggage. -The front circulating door was not working

I had a great stay, The check in was amazing, I was here early and they let me check in early and it was such a blessing, Or I would have had to find other things to do, the room is clean comfortable, updated, very quiet considering everyone is here mostly for a cheer comp, I was disappointed that there is a high cost for their breakfast and the prices were high for this event in this area, very close to what we were doing, but not a lot of options for food in this area. The hotel was great and parking was very easy to get in and out of. Would come here again :) And I love their Christmas decorations!!

Don't forget your parking garage ticket, you won't be able to leave, don't go down to the 110 grill without the room key, you won't be able to go up the elevator. Breakfast buffet absolute rip off, $19.00 per person, I got a spoonful of eggs and some bacon. I will say the staff are nice and hotel is clean but the bullsh*t you go through just to leave the joint is ridiculous. You have to pay for parking, hello I'm staying at your hotel, include it in the price of the room. Nice hotel but won't be staying there again.

I had no Body wash either day I stayed I asked the cleaning lady I saw in the. Hotel room . Never was refilled They took my 2 towels I hung up on day one and left me with none?? I drank the complimentary coffee in room day one. Never refilled. Had to wait for 25 minutes past 4p to get into my room . I had room check in at 4p No rooms ready. Staff was friendly and rooms where great but in room service wasn’t great

Overall Property was fine. Room smelled like smoke. Shower was broken. and even though hotel not near capacity, they refused late checkout beyond 12:30, forcing me to hang out in their lobby—- sick, coughing, and miserable until my transport that afternoon.

Great stay ! Room was very nice and clean. Comfortable. The parking was a little weird The parking garage brings you across the street from the hotel if it’s full so would recommend dropping bags off at the front before you try parking or you will be carrying your bags across the street. Breakfast was not great for $17 pp I would definitely skip that next time.would stay again ! It was very convenient to walk to DCU center That was a plus !
