We arrived after-hours and there was no instructions on how to get in once you have keys. My husband managed to guess we could get into the locked underground parking with a swipe thing on our keys. Then we got into hotel through the lift in the basement. Instructions should be more clear about this. In the underground parking there was leaked water throughout and an inch or two lying around our park space. Smelt disgusting and we had to be careful not to slip or get feet wet all our stay. Hallway in hotel smelt like a wall of cigarette smoke when we arrived. Was better next day. The room itself was fine, nice decor, fragrance diffuser gave nice scent. Bathroom old but functional. Great to have a kitchen to use. No noise issues. Tissues would be useful. Stayed 26-28 April 2024 in room 14.

Well priced clean and comfortable accommodation. Well managed by friendly Christine . We arrived early and were given access to our room which was much appreciated We had a stay and play package and the 2 golf courses were good . All in all a fun stay and Bribie Island is lovely especially being so close to Brisbane .

We have only good things to say about Fairways Resort! Firstly we where able to check-in 1 hour early. Which was so nice. Our 2 bedroom unit was clean with nice beach decor. There was a good amount of kitchen items, toilet paper, pegs, pillows, towels. The room was not serviced in 5 days but we knew this when we booked in so just needed to hang towels and bathmats out on the balcony. One airer was provided, we also hung towels over the verandah railing (no complaints about that from anyone). One of the single beds was a bit springy for one of our daughter's liking. We told Reception the next day and they bought us a mattress from a roll-away bed straight away with no problem to lay on top of the other one. This fixed the issue. Pool and surrounding amenities (toilets & BBQ area) where very clean! With plenty of tables, chairs and lounge chairs to laze on. Basement parking is allocated so always guaranteed your own spot. Highly recommend (Jan 2023)
