This home is a partially renovated 3 bedroom 70s house. The open plan living/dining and kitchen are spacious with lovely breezes and overlook the lovely gardens in the front and our 6 acre paddock at the back, which might even have horses or cattle in if you're lucky. The outlook at the rear looks through beautiful trees across to the Blackall Range. The house is partially renovated with a lovely bright new kitchen, with new appliances, which include electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, air fryer and pod coffee machine. The bathrooms are clean and functional but have not yet been updated, still having floral tiles and dated colour schemes. We expect to update these in 2025.The home is located a mere 2-3 minutes from the Big Pineapple, Wildlife HQ, Adventure Ropes Course and the award winning distillery - Sunshine and Sons (gin, vodka and rum).
