Booked for a family wedding ceremony, check in was 3pm, had to pay £20 to get an early check in. No fridge in the room, no air con, but it has fans in the rooms. Over all it was a comfortable stay with breakfast included.

Hottest day of the year and after I check in they let me know there’s no air con in the whole building. The lovely lady at the desk was accommodating and provided extra fans for the room however that did not cool the room down and even with the windows open the air was stagnant. Unfortunately one of the worst stays I have ever had partially the weather was the issue however no aircon during such heat is not what I was expecting to experience. Unfortunately I won’t be revisiting. Also, there were 3 massive moths in my room, personally I don’t have a fear of moths however something to note.

Beautiful hotel , lovely rooms , food is really good . Staff are very attentive and really great . Only one complaint I couldn’t ring the hotel before hand the phone never seems to be answered even though there is someone there 24 hours , maybe if there was a messaging service that would be really useful
