Grey River Gatherings is the perfect space for you and your group! The home is large and spacious with dining and common space that will meet all of your needs. There 6 rooms, 4 bathrooms and 10 beds. There is a backyard and front porch to sit and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The home is only 7 minutes from Downtown Asheville. You will enjoy a drive to and from the heart of downtown along the French Broad River.About pets:Pets allowed.Small dogs allowed with an additional $100 per dog.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.We have toys and pacNplays available onsite..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.There is no smoking allowed inside home or garage..About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 1.About events:Events allowed.

Much larger than expected! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is much bigger than it seems from the listing. Great for a large group. The location was ideal and it was very clean. It was also very well stocked in terms of basics in the kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommend, we had a great trip!

Great location, charming property Me and a group of college friends stayed here for a lovely weekend. The property and house are quite charming and so much larger than it looks. Plenty of room for everyone. Also very close to downtown Asheville. Highly recommended

Exceeded Expectations This house has plenty of space and is very nice inside. Most importantly for us, it felt like it was away from things but was easy to get where we wanted. The river and a nice park was a short walk, and a coffee shop not too much further. Downtown Asheville was a short easy drive. The owner was very responsive and helpful. She kindly warned us about the steep driveway in the back (although I’ve seen much worse) so us Floridians parked out front, which was a much easier drive.
