Arrived late. We were welcomed by a friendly staff and assisted us with checking in. Room has been updated and very clean. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, egg white veggie omelette, bacon, turkey sausage, muffins, toast, English muffins, bagels and cream Cheese, Cinnamon Buns, cereal, Pancakes, Hard boiled eggs, milk, juice, yogurt and Coffee

I ended up not even checking in to the hotel because the front desk agent was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional upon our arrival. I have never experienced anything of this sort from a front desk agent ever, I’m still in disbelief. Never would I recommend or stay at this hotel to anyone!

Fabulous room.Amazing bed and sheets. Good breakfast.Surprisingly quite next to I 5 interstate highway. Great location to food and going Christmas lights in Silverton Oregon gardens

Only got 5 hours of sleep due to a group of trucks doing a show at the parking lot! They took all the spots and blocked all the cars and guests. The hotel didn't even ask them to leave. There were about 300 pick up trucks parked reving their engines til 2am and 5am. No exaggeration.

This HIE was very clean and had comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The front desk was very helpful. This is a good location, safe and near restaurants. Only disappointment was there wer no in room recycle containers and the room was not serviced on the second night for more coffee and cups and emptying trash.

We had a pleasant stay. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good especially the cinnamon rolls. I love how there was shopping and dining at a walkable distance.
