Nice price and good support and really will use trip for my vacation

Me encanto el early check inn llegue muy temprano y me dieron habitación a las 12 del mediodía. Y el empleado Miguel de mantenimiento mientras me abrió un salón con butaca y TV donde espere tranquilamente la habitación. Excelente servicio.

When we arrived there was no staff at the front desk. After about 20 mins of waiting we dialed 0 on the house phone, and a gentlemen came to desk wearing a dirty t-shirt that was covered in food. He was in one of the hotel rooms down the hall. He was confused on getting us checked in. After giving us the keys he went back to the room at the end of the hall, and we could hear people speaking loudly in that room. The lobby smelled like mold, and wet carpet. The room smelled like smoke and mold. Not pleased at all. We checked in at 2am and were gone by 8 am. I will never return to this property again.

Don’t expect a hot shower or good water pressure this hotel or chain does not have it it took us an hour to shower from low water pressure and the water was on/off cold horrible We moved rooms from toilet not flushing Overall felt like a motel

El hotel está bien para el precio y las habitaciones estilo apartamentos con su estufa y nevera pero en el desayuno solo te ofrecen muffing, barras de granola y cafe, no es el tipo de desayuno continental que sirven en otros hoteles… Desayuno muy pobre para el precio del hotel👎👎.. The hotel is good for the price and the apartment-style rooms with their stove and fridge but at breakfast they only offer you muffins, granola bars and coffee, it is not the type of continental breakfast that they serve in other hotels… Poor Breakfast for the price👎

I didn't check in or stay and was still charged. The information was not present about any fees or charges being made for a no show, only to secure the room. It could've easily been within the same text but that information was not made clear.

its like a homeless hotel it was not clean in the lobby or elevator i was very upset at the conditions

A granola bar and a bag of oatmeal is not much of a breakfast. It is not what I consider a breakfast.
