Gorgeous staff, stunning part of the world. Very relaxing. Not a fast paced getaway, excellent for recharging. We did a couple of activities, some weren’t available or we may have done more. Fabulous food. This is not a child free resort, nor are there child free areas, this would be the only downside when we were there for a relaxing break.

This resort operated as if it had just opened that day - staff was confused and had no idea what was going on. Check in process was an embarrassment - no one gave us a key to our villa, told us our villa number, no one offered us a map or even pointed us in the direction of our villa. We had no idea where things were during our stay. Upon arrival all of our experiences were incorrect - times and durations were not at all what had been originally booked. The hotel was IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of prior to our stay - no one operating the phones and no one attending to emails. Wi-Fi was down throughout the entire stay, which I understand cannot be controlled, but still. You should have some way to contact guests who have questions about arrival when you work in hospitality. We asked to have our pool temperature turned up and it never happened. When arriving at one of the restaurants we had to wait a considerably long time to be seated - even though the resort was at 20% capacity waitstaff was still obsolete. When walking on the paths employees would drive by in golf carts not even stopping to wait for you to get off the road.

Amazing rooms for romantic couples. The food and dinning experience is amazing. The service is beyond and above any resort in the world. Wolgan Valley is A must do experience for all couples. Aaa aaa aaaa aaaa aaaa aaaa Aaa aaa aaa aaa. Amazing

One and only is truly that. Terrific experience from the moment you make a reservation to the check in and check out. The service was absolutely amazing, all meals and drinks were beautifully presented and delicious. Our villa was stunning, spacious and comfortable. It was rather cold outside, our in-room pool wasn’t warm enough to use and wasn’t really clean enough to be appealing, which was unexpected, but didn’t spoil our overall experience. It’s a gorgeous place for a short break.

A lovely experience. Definitely worth the time effort and money. Staff and decor and food and service were exceptional. Highly recommended stay, no matter the time of year. Preferably during autumn, winter or spring.

We were in Sydney on business and thought it would be fun to check out the nearby Blue Mountains. In under a three hour drive, we found ourselves in a world of wombats, wallabies, and wallaroos. We spent two days hiking, horse riding, and cycling in the beautiful Wolgan Valley and our evenings spotting night animals under a star filled sky. Every meal was exquisite, the wine list extensive, and the spa should not be missed. The guides were fabulous (ask for Ellie), the grounds stunningly maintained, and did I even mention the kangaroos? This is the perfect place to sample a little of what wild Australia has on offer.

Australia is a big country that unfortunately don't have a lot of great resorts in remote area. But O&O Wolgan valley is definitely one of the best, if not the best, resort in this country! The location, layout, and design are just so perfectly humble and unassuming. And it is further complemented by a roster of amazing hosts that know the destination very well: the savana, the hills, the rivers, the animals, event they know exactly where the sun rises - normally hotel staff just say 'east' or 'west'. But what very special for us the bushfire conservation program. We all know how the wildfire went out of control in Australia in the past years. By all means, it's not a natural disaster. It is man made! This conservation program includes tree planting, animal rewilding, etc. Experiencing this is one thing that we will never forget for a lifetime. We will surely be back!

Mind blowingly awesome in every way except for one evening’s dining room waitress, who let down our expectations based on our past Emirates service and experiences. Another small thing, would have appreciated a horse around 15 hh instead of the 17 hh giant for ease of mounting.

What a fabulous place - the accommodation is extremely comfortable and spacious, the food is as good as the best food we have had in Sydney, and the location is stunning - a valley surrounded by mountains. We had a private horse riding session which is a great way to see the property and also did a couple of beautiful treks suggested by staff. The staff are brilliant - nothing is too much trouble - and super friendly. This was in evidence when the only road in and out of the property was closed and declared unsafe - the staff sorted out our hire car and organised a helicopter out. We were so impressed with the whole stay and would recommend it to anyone!
