A perfect hotel with a Michelin 3 stars restaurant and magical pool，Miss Jessie of front desk provided the warm hearted service，made my trip memorable，other staff such as Lynn and Uttam was also good，actually every staff of this hotel was perfect. I will recommend this hotel to my every friend in Shanghai！"

"The small hotel with its own parking was clean and convenient, but we did not see any employees because check-in and check-out by automatically, no breakfast possibility in the house, etc. It is not the optimal environment for us - but it is certainly tasteful"

"Just great. The staff always nice and friendly. Eating just a dream. It's always liked."
