Eagle Heights Hotel is a wonderful place to stay, spectacular views, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Management were extremely helpful during our stay through cyclone Alfred, we were very greatful for their kindness. Would highly recommend to all.

I would rate this a 10/10. Several reasons. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. All rooms faced east with access via a sliding door. What awaited was a spectacular view of the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads. As we went over Xmas, the staff left us breakfast for the 2 days they were closed 25 & 26 Dec as well to compensate provided us 2 breakfast vouchers to use over the weekend. Highly recommend the stay. Just to add, staff super friendly and helpful.

Rooms spacious property isolated if you don't have a car. Food and drinks I feel a bit expensive. Views of Gold Coast magnificent. Nice grassy area for kids to play. Wifi in house restricted to reception area only. TV small in rooms. Beds and pillows comfy. Clean rooms. Chopper landing while we were there. Staff friendly. Meal service very quick but menu not very extensive and no specials. Breakfast give bacon a miss and even though breakfast is included coffee is extra. Great singer Sunday arvo nice and relaxing music enjoyed. Bottled water in fridge on arrival.

Great venue for food, drink and accommodation. Definitely book! Definitely drop in for a beer overlooking the Goldie. Great staff. The steak was the best I’ve ever tasted. Do yourself a favour today..

We were there for lunch and ordered 2 x eye fillet steaks ($41 each) medium rare, and the quinoa salad with prawns ($39). We were sitting outside admiring the view when my salad arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. I waited for a few minutes for my husband and son's steaks to arrive but they said to start eating. 10 minutes later my son asked about their steaks and the waitress came with them a few minutes later. Both were cooked medium to well with only 1 having a little pink (which would be medium) inside at one end. They didn't want to complain as it would have taken another half an hour to get more steaks cooked. That said they were tender but could have been better if cooked as requested. My salad was well presented and delicious. Please note you can't just go and look at the fabulous view out the back unless you dine or have a drink.

TV fell off its bracket while in suite 17, cracked my phone screen & the horrible manager Theresa would not believe it happened even though we took photos at the time. Promised to fix it after fighting with her in reception, sent through my receipts & only received $100 of the $233. Emailed several more times to no reply, then called to speak to another equally appalling manager called Brendan, who told me that was all they were going to pay because "it really wasn't their fault". Was then told they said we had RIPPED THE TV OFF THE WALL TRYING TO MOVE IT. Why on earth would we do that?? He then laughed at me when I got upset. Unprofessional, rude & appalling customer service. Poor quality facilities. Overpriced & sub-standard meals, to add to it. DO NOT STAY HERE.
