"態度極為惡劣，辦事效率低！我可以列出一長串糟糕的經歷，但就說這件吧：六月我住了兩晚，因為把車停在了酒店停車場，所以提供了車牌號碼。現在我收到了一張來自停車場管理處的「違規停車」罰單。在和飯店通話的過程中，我們發現了錯誤：我的車牌號碼被一位員工記錯了（少了一個字母）。當然，這種事誰都可能犯。但是，那位女士非但沒有道歉，反而態度惡劣。她打斷我的話，說：“我們這裡沒人會為此負責”，承諾會取消罰款，但就在我還沒說完的時候，她就掛斷了電話。員工處理錯誤的態度，就能看出他們真正的服務態度！鑑於這次以及其他糟糕的經歷，我只能說：我以後再也不會入住這家酒店了！"

"Let me counter the 1 review of "excellent". It was strictly average. A code was sent to your email to use to enter. But the process was not easy and there was nobody to help when arriving at 6pm. Normal times in most hostels. Once in, security was confiningly strict. Formerly a jail, it felt like it. I was in the highest room and hit my head repeatedly on the ceiling. There was minimal coffee service and there was nobody to complain or ask to change rooms. The 4 hostel (not hostile) partners need to add some warmth and charm. It felt cold and calculated."
