Check-in process took over 15 minutes, after leaving all details when booked. One meal in the bar/restaurant had to be returned, staff in the restaurant/bar were very attentive and dealt with the problem, not too sure who was cooking the food!
Window in room wouldn’t close properly and caused a draft and made room very cold, especially when heating went off at 11pm, I was promised a room voucher as compensation however wasn’t upheld. If wasn’t for these few issues was a nice hotel….
