Service from Guru and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Disappointing that restaurant wasn’t open but we found other options in town. The only recommendation I would make is perhaps sound proofing the rooms. Easy to hear neighbours tv and every other sound too - even snoring! Price $200 per night - probably a little on the high side but we still had a lovely stay.

Booked online after talking to them about the cost for an extra child. No way of adding the child online so was going to pay when got there. They cancelled our booking without any communication and when we found out from ******* they accused us of being dishonest. Rude, unreliable and would avoid at all costs. Recommend the Winton outback motel instead who couldn’t do more for us in our last minutes desperate situation.

All good, nice and quiet, the staff were very helpful. Close to the shopping centre and the room was comfortable. Definitely stay there again.

Be very careful in booking this motel. I booked via ******* for 3 nights, 5 months ago and had my booking cancelled by motel 1 week before we were to arrive on the excuse that they were overbooked. Turns out they did have vacancies just wanted more money for the booking. No consideration for what this did to my trip. Lady at the tourist bureau said there were issues with this motel as well. Winton is a very friendly town and it’s a shame some operators like to bite the hand that feeds them.

Great property and so friendly. Room was nice with lots of hot water available. End of the street so nice and quiet, could hear the birds in the morning.
