奧蘭多-阿爾塔蒙特斯普林斯希爾頓飯店(Hilton Orlando Altamonte Springs)

Tuve una experiencia terrible, fueron a tratar de entrar a mi habitación a las 12 de la madrugada yo ya estaba dormida con mi hijo de 10 años y pasamos una experiencia muy escalofriante porque trataron de entrar a la habitación a la fuerza quien no lo sé ni los del hotel lo saben porque que raro que un hotel tan lujoso no tiene cámaras de seguridad en el piso 7,8

Morning staff is not friendly. Would benefit from some. customer service skills. One of the receptionist is rude and angry. We were told to ask for room service if needed. We called early and nothing was done. The evening shift was able to give us some towels. This is my second time to that hotel and I was disappointed with morning staff and customer service.

Very clean and so comfy soft bed and pillows! However the only down was the fridge leaked water on carpet. maintenance asked if we wanted to switch rooms which we declined. Faucet was a little hard to turn on shower but otherwise was great!

The room was basic. No microwave and only one days ration of coffee. Asked for more coffee but housekeeping never delivered. The bathroom door is a sliding barn style door that does not secure when closed. Not much privacy as everything can be heard. And the only closet opens in front of the bathroom door, my wife ran into the open closet door trying to exit the bathroom. Then there was an extremely loud group of people hanging out in the seating area of our floor having a block party til after midnight. They wouldn’t stop and it took security being called to get them to move along. No breakfast was provided but we did find a microwave. Yes, a microwave. In the lobby for the whole hotel to use. One microwave for an entire hotel? I guess they want you to buy the overpriced food from the in house cafe and bar. Speaking of overpriced, they have a dinky breakfast buffet for $22 a person. Add that to the cost of the room and this place is not a bargain. Will not be staying here again. Much better hotels with amenities close by to choose.

The shower wasn't working, I told the receptionist to send someone, they sent someone but it didn't work. The Closet space in the room is so small that you cannot fit your clothes properly. I requested the receptionist to have the room clean even I had the tag on the door knob to request for cleaning and when we left, no one came to clean so we had to clean and do the beds ourselves. The safe in the closet wasn't working when we checked in and again we had to call someone to come and fix. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Air conditioning worked poorly. For an 8 story hotel to have 2 luggage carts is poor customer service. No provisions for guests needing assistance with personal belongings.

Great hotel. Comfortable The only thing I would improve is that the lighting in the rooms is soft and I would’ve rather had lighting that is brighter. But that’s a personal preference.
