The condo was in a perfect location to the Winter Park activities. The Gondala, alpine slide, golf, ect. It was right across the street. The condo was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The community hot tub was an added bonus! The only negative was the check in insturctions. They gave the correct address for the condo but check in is across the street at a totally different place. The Zephyr is where you check in for the Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe.

No individual day maid service. Excellent surrounding amenities, restaurants, etc.

Our new favorite place to stay Quick walk to gondola, awesome huge hot tub, and locker storage for skies right by the elevator.

Property and staff were great. We had some issues with noise above us - but despite that we will be back for sure.

Some guests were very noisy. Pullout mattress very uncomfortable. The fireplace did not work consistently. The shower and refrigerator were both too small.

Great staff, poor amenities The staff was exceptional, and I truly appreciated their service, especially Iggy. However, I was disappointed to find that the hot tub was out of service for the entire week. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but I was not informed that the hot tub would be unavailable either before booking or upon my arrival. Transparency about this would have helped manage expectations, and I feel a partial refund would be a fair resolution given the circumstances.
