This completely renovated three bedroom apartment located on the third floor of the building, offers a tranquil retreat with stunning views, all while being conveniently close to the vibrant activities on Main Street in downtown.

The living room is elegantly appointed with high-quality furnishings, featuring a wood fireplace, a flat screen TV, and a skylight that invites the beautiful Colorado sunlight into the space. Additionally, there is a private deck offering a view of the Fraser River. Please note that there is no air conditioning.

The dining area, designed in an art deco style, accommodates six individuals and seamlessly connects to the main living room, ensuring that everyone can partake in the enjoyment. Adjacent to the dining room is a compact wet bar area. The exquisite kitchen features stainless steel appliances, newly installed wooden cabinets, modern light fixtures and a central island with a cooktop, complemented by a small sitting area for two. The entire open floor plan is adorned with hardwood flooring throughout.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed for your relaxation, features an adjoining bathroom and provides the opportunity to awaken each morning with a cup of coffee while taking in the splendid view from the private deck.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and is located in the common hallway nearest to the living room. The third bedroom contains two twin beds, making it an ideal choice for children. Additionally, the second full bathroom can be accessed from the main hallway.

The regulations set forth by the Homeowner Association for this property are as follows: Rental guests are prohibited from bringing pets, and any infringement of this rule will incur a fine of 200 each day of violation. Additionally, smoking is strictly forbidden in common areas, which includes front decks and areas within 10 feet of the building. However, smoking is permitted on the back decks, provided that the sliding glass door remains closed, consideration is shown towards neighbors and all smoking materials are properly extinguished.

The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.

The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
