Loved the welcome

Room was clean, but cold…Air was still on.,however the Temperature dropped outside! Staff were friendly and professional. The deadbolt lock was loose on door and sadly, the bathroom smelled like smoke and the shower water took exceptionally long to get warm! Otherwise it was a good stay!

The room was very clean and the free breakfast was nutritious. This hotel is very convenient to downtown, Lego Land, Bok Tower and other sites. The sink in the bathroom drained slowly and the toilet paper holder had a screw loose. The receptionist fixed the toilet paper holder and she got the maintenance person to clear up the drain the next morning. We stayed three nights and will stay there again.

Breakfast was beautiful rooms should be clean every day not just twice a week. Staff was somewhat friendly. Parking was not enough other than those few things. Interesting experience.

Very kind, friendly and helpful employees! Water pressure in shower was great! Beds were not as comfortable as some Hamptons. Would stay here again!

Matress (you could feel the springs) and pillows (not good at all). Bathtub too high to get in and get out, it's a risk even for people without disability.
