Staybridge Suites Winter Haven - Auburndale

Ça serait bien de mettre un panneau indiquant l’entrée de l’hôtel, car les chauffeurs mettent un temps fou  à trouver l’entrée piétonne de l’hôtel. Pour avoir été dans les 200 premiers clients de l’hôtel, je suis vraiment triste de voir comment les devenu, l’ascenseur, les traces de cheveux sur les murs, c’est juste incroyable les traces de demain également c’est dommage

I left to eat breakfast and my room was entered and cleaned BEFORE check out. I was not done with the room yet but I felt rushed out because they had cleaned it. Front desk was a little rude when I asked why

I stayed here for a youth soccer tournament. It was great. Clean, good location, kind staff. The breakfast was wonderful, and it was so much good food for free. The only bummer was the pool was closed, but that was due to the weather.

Our suite was amazing. Better than pictures. Comfortable beds and I liked the kitchen set-up. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

New hotel. Nicely styled and friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were well appointed. Large bathroom, although water pressure could have been better in the shower. Great pillows but the mattress was just okay. The road noise was disruptive. We had a 6th floor room and we were woken a few times in the night by loud music and sirens. Breakfast was middle quality standard hotel breakfast. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for something nice in the Winter Haven area.

The room was clean but I’m assuming the carpet needs to be changed the room had a unpleasant smell I had to spray with my cologne to make it go away

Great staff. Very accommodating from the stewards to the front desk. Very nice people.
