Good option for a Night Stop off the Road. The Staff were kind and accommodating. Would Definitely stop in again if passing thru Winston Salem North Carolina.

This is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but this clearly isn’t enforced at all. The entire hotel reeks of **** and cigarettes. There were several times where we got on the elevator and could barely breath, One of our neighbors smoked the entire time we were there, and it smelled up our entire room. We mentioned it to the staff, but nothing was done about it. In addition, the breakfast is pretty basic and the hotel isn’t in the best shape despite being recently renovated. The water pressure in our shower was very weak. The only real positive is the staff - they were all very friendly. Bottom line: if the smell of **** and cigarettes bother you, do not stay here. On the other hand, if you are looking for a non-smoking hotel that doesn’t enforce it, this is the place for you.

We were given a room with a hole in the ceiling the size of a bowling ball. We asked for another room and they obliged.

The bathroom was dirty

This property is not up to par with the Hilton brand. It was much closer to staying at a Days Inn or Motel 6

We called ahead to confirm presence of EV chargers, and were told they indeed were there and working. Upon arrival, we discovered they had not yet been enabled and we could not charge. Being misled is not good, and we will avoid Hilton properties in the future.
