A well located very comfortable Hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Well laid out lounge next to Reception with a bar and where breakfast was served and also had a snooker table. A nice touch which in the present economic situation, many Hotels would have ceased doing, was the daily chocolate mints

Nice pet friendly hotel. Close to grocery stores and shopping mall. 30mins drive to chatsworth house.

非常愉快和樂於助人的員工優越的地理位置。熨燙設施有點基本，但符合預期。肯定會再次入住，因為非常方便，是觀光和購物的中心

走進房間，聞起來很香，說是在床上，但一點也不舒服。每個人拿一個脆弱的扁平枕頭。拿一條手巾和一條浴巾供兩個人使用。我的朋友去要了幾個，他們變得更加惱火併開始嘖嘖稱奇。廁紙很脆弱。

Lovely staff everytime

We arrived and there was no sign of our booking on the system.we were given a room in the end, the staff were very helpful and apologetic. After getting our 2 year old daughter to sleep we noticed that our bed had multiple blood stains on the mattress topper. We were unable to tell any staff as we did not want to wake our daughter up. The topper was removed and towels were slept on. The rooms are in dire need of a freshen up but being clean is not difficult and having clean sheets is a basic requirement you should expect at any hotel.

Staff were perfect at check in, however room looked like it hadn’t been hovered since the last stay, but grubby and dated. Not at all the hotels fault but a couple were constantly shouting and arguing in the corridor all night, both absolutely smashed, police in reception in the morning so I’m guessing someone else complained as he sounded quite threatening.
