This pub is a little gem, very nice! We are very impressed by the customer service received particularly by the manager.

I called in here after collecting my Mum from the airport to have a lunch/catch up ( we have been before ) Such a pretty place with the wildlife pond and plenty tables for everyone, lovely water drinking barrel for dogs and lovely menu. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thank you to Charlotte and Tom! Excellent service surprisingly quick and delicious. Well done guys!!

Bit disappointing frankly. Food was average at best and the requested wine was not available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However despite several kind requests to arrange for a taxi that appeared too difficult. Room was fine and clean but noisy (could hear the neighbours quite loud).

Room was amazing. Staff were very welcoming. Food and drinks were very good. Location was beautiful and very quiet. Would definitely go again. Everything was very clean and tidy and room was always made for me without any need for asking! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the Sunday Sleepover offer at The Swan last night. Exceptional service from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was great, room was lovely, and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Spacious and comfortable room with great linen and towels. Friendly and helpful staff and a welcome free drink on arrival. Breakfast was excellent and included in the B&B price. A great location for Bristol airport and for a visit to the city.
