Basic but good. Clean rooms in a great location. Was allowed to check in early.

Room and facility was what I expected, but customer service was sub-par. No one at check-in desk when arriving. Housekeeping attempted to enter before we checked out. Staff was unresponsive and socializing in breakfast room. Then no one at desk for check-out. Child in office had to retrieve someone who then seemed annoyed that we were trying to officially check out.

When I arrived at 3am after driving 11 hours I was informed that my reservation was cancelled as a no show. When I informed them that the website states check in is from 3- anytime I was told to show proof because that was incorrect. After an extended time trying to rectify the situation the reservation was pulled back. All in all I was accommodated but please change the information on the website if weary travelers cannot in fact count on their reservation after a certain time of night.

Property and rooms are fine. Person at front desk didnt like that we used ******* to book our room as it cuts down motel rates and she doesn't get a raise because of it

The building is a bit run down, with no apparent effort to clean things up. Someone had tracked mud into the building multiple times, with large chunks of mud through the hallways and up the stairs. The mud was there in the afternoon and still there the next morning. Hard to believe it wasn't cleaned up. It was being ground into the carpet by being left there. There was so much, we couldn't avoid walking on it. Very unprofessional. The room was not clean. The carpet was stained and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom had dust. It appeared someone had wiped mucous on the lamp table by the clock, and was not cleaned by housekeeping. Disgusting. I wouldn't advise walking on the carpet or bathroom floor with bare feet. The bed was adequate and the linen seemed clean.

The staff that checked me in was very unfriendly. Our room was terrible. Before opening the door we could smell a strong odor of urine and upon entering the room it was worse. Will definitely not be staying here ever again.

The front staff was nice but our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while and had a funky smell.

The property is old, dirty, and uncomfortable

I have stayed here 4 times and everytime the clerks are extremely rude and unfriendly. The hotel is clan for a nights stay. I would never stay for a vacation, but traveling through it works great.
