Do better Be better 1st room was ok until it was time for time and I found nasty underwear under the blanket which was absurd disgusting at that time we had to have staff come up and look they switch our room but it was very uncomfortable unnecessary had they cleaned the room correctly it was late we were exhausted at that time had to pack up the 1st from with my child to move to another room

Family friendly Had a great weekend to celebrate my kids birthday. We did a few things in the area but the highlight was that they just wanted to swim. Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. Nate went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had joining rooms. Cookies upon checkin were a highlight for the kids.

Sad to say but it appears when booking through others than directly through hotel itself your given less desirable accomodations with room function problems. The heat would not stop, over 80' in the room, th a/c was so LOUD and vibrating I never would have heard my eunitsarly morning alarm never mind the fact ones head rested 2feet from that blowing wall unit vent. Slept uneasy with the window cracked with the second floor roof/top flush with my window loaded witn duct work, heating units. Check in was easy and quick , with a smile as you are handed the key to the room of disaster The restuarant was on its game, food and service was great.... There you have it :)

Happy with our stay Overall I was very happy with our stay. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and the hotel sent one right up to our room after I texted the request. It was fairly quiet and we slept great.
