The location was convenient with a lot of shops in the area. The staffs were helpful and the breakfast was good. They had a gym but did not use it. I made use of the laundry service coin operated. The room were clean and tidy and would recommend to stay here. I felt comfortable and I enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Conveniently located within walking distance to shops in the area and places I needed to go to. Staffs are friendly and nice. Great place to stay.

The owners were an East Indian family who took pride in their motel. They were there for breakfast to cook for us and very helpful/friendly. The one stairwell had a smell in it (I hear they've been trying to change that for awhile) but the room was excellent for the price and in a good location.

I was happy with the price, location, amenities… but.. there were a few things bothered us. When we entered our room there was a damp smell that carried throughout the room that we had to leave the window open for awhile. The TV cable was not working(all channels said unavailable) which was a let down. You generally expect something available on the tv but after 15 minutes of trying couldn’t get anything fix or change.(not user error) This one is less important, but the coffee in the kitchen is terrible. The coffee packets in the room are better. Aside from those things we were satisfied with the room. The check in was probably the best part. The guy that checked us in was very polite, kind, and easy going.

This is a second-tier motel so no surprises with the premises. Dated but clean enough though the room had an undefined odour. Disappointed by the apparently broken TV and the cigarette holes in the worn-out quilt. Check-in was easy. Check-out was a nigh**are. We finished our family business a day early and checked out. I mentioned this to the desk clerk who immediately went immediately into paroxysms of how I would have to chase ******* for any price adjus**ent. *******? I tried unsuccessfully to tell him I had not paid a third party but he would have none of it and then decided to start shouting at me, shouting me down and plumbing the depths of his general unpleasantness. Apparently, he also thought he needed to get in the last word. I used to teach customer service but this guy seems never to have heard of the idea. I had no intention of being difficult and his reactions were both completely incompetent and totally inappropriate. He accelerated - unprompted - from zero to abusive in no time at all. He would not have lasted 10 minutes if he were my employee. However, since I have no other recent Wyndham experience, I can only assume this behaviour was within company standards. I am yet to check my credit card statement but I expect the charge will be for 4 nights rather than the three. It seems to me I used to have some sort of Wyndham points card. If I come across it, I will be sure to throw it away.

An average motel just to spend a night or two. Free parking and complimentary breakfast is nice. However, it’s not the cleanest and isn’t my top few choices when I’m in Windsor. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a nice clean place specially with family or kids

this was rated high and i don;t understand it. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the stairway leading to our room was so dirty and disgusting. all through the property were tripping hazzards, even walking into the room. The beds were comfortble though. The best part was scrambled eggs at the free breakfast!

This place was incredibly dirty. The stairway going up to the upper level had a horrible smell. Air conditioning units ran all night but didn’t cool the room down much. Gaps around the door going outside holes in ceiling bath tub filled up with water while showering
