I asked about the room deposit and was told it’ll take several days. On Friday, 4 days after check out I still hadn’t received it. It should be returned the next day, completely unacceptable that it’s taking a week. We’re 3 middle aged women. Very gentle use of the room, we arrived in the early evening, went out for dinner, slept there and checked out. We should get the deposit the next day.

The tiolet was stopped up the entire time we were there. They brought us a plunger that did fit inside the hole. We told them and it seemed that they didn't care. The lady who checked us out was really nice. She paid for our parking

The hotel was okay/ bed comfortable- room smaller than picture but clean and organized well. Definetly recommend to get riverside view -- Breakfast was great. Concerns feedback-the applicable fees of parking did apply and no mention of what this cost was in the cost for hotel. This is disappointing as a person whom budgets and now thrown for a loop with additional fees not prepared for. It is courteous to explain detail of all fees up front. I would appreciate a call back regarding this concern for the parking for clarity. Thank you
