溫布爾登精品飯店(The Wimbledon Hotel)

Great hotel, easy to access and very clean.

這個地方很髒。絕對不要再使用這個了。工作人員從來沒有和我們說話，只有經理髮出一聲咕噥。所有家具下都有厚厚的灰塵。房間裡沒有暖氣控制。散熱器在 25 oC 的倫敦高溫下全速運轉。在我們擁有的家庭活動室中繪畫並不完整。充其量一星。

Bitten to pieces by bed bugs. Colleague stayed 18/1/23 and bitten all over. I have pictures in case this is disputed. Is stayed in 10 , and 12, and I know 3 also has bed bugs I booked through my company, I have highlighted this with my company. Owner is a good man but is not doing anything about this

Let’s start with it was fairly clean the room was adequate I was on the ground floor, so you would think suitable for disabled the bathroom was so small, and the bath was half of the bathroom only way to get in was the back, so I didn’t even try, my self and my husband only one towel no hand towels at all, one toilet roll and we were there 2 nights, so had to ask in the morning his not there after eight so we had to ring to him to tell me how to get in, the tv only had about 3 channels all the rest were fuzzy so I don’t think I’ll ever go back, had to smile at the sign outside saying boutique hotel 😂

Arrived late and very tired after a 12 hour shift. Room looked clean but basic. Pulled back bed sheets to check and also checked pillows. All looked okay. Was woken at 2am by some kind of whining sound that went off about every 2 mins for about an hour. Then became aware of something in the bed that turned out to be a bed bug. After this i decided to leave the hotel. I was booked and paid for 2 nights.

Stayed here for business, check in was via me phoning which was slightly odd but I was late 9pm arriving. Room was OK but hotel feels tired. Bathroom was very small and the shower enclosure has had better days. Bed was OK and sheets were clean etc

The English Breakfast - cereal, juice, hot beverage, toast, 2 eggs, bacon, 2 sausages, beans - was very good value at £10 per day. The hotel is within walking distance (for a 67 year old) to the Wimbledon Tube station, The Broadway (shopping district), Wimbledon Common and the High Street in Wimbledon Village. The major drawback was BEDBUGS - I killed 11 of them over 4 days, some of them leaving blood stains on the bedding. I left notes for the maid about the situation but she didn't pass them on to management. When I told management of the problem just before checking out he was upset that he hadn't been told about the situation by the maid and refunded me £40. The room needed minor repairs to some of the fixtures - i.e. door handle on wardrobe missing a screw, sink faucet in bathroom not secure. The provision of a TV with cable, kettle, iron (but no ironing board), and hair dryer were appreciated. The faucet in the shower was very sensitive so adjusting temperature of the water was difficult - plus the shower itself was so small that it was hard to turn around without changing the setting on the faucet setting you at risk of cold or scalding water. Hot water took a minute or two to arrive first thing in the morning but it was very hot once it arrived. The heating in the room did not have a separate control so you had to rely on whatever setting the rest of the building was at. I would rent again if I was guaranteed that the bedbug problem had been taken of.

Firstly this is not a hotel it’s a B&B. This B& B should not be rated anything above 1 rating. Booked to room they were smelly. The furniture awful condition The bathroom ceiling leaked all night and my father almost slipped &injured himself. This B& B requires health & safety regulation to check out this people.
