Check in foi ok. Só. O resto todo foi horrivel. Noite do terror de halloween, só que mil vezes mais assustador. Por fora bela viola, por dentro pão bolorento. É o que define este hotel. Só ficamos pq já era tarde e estávamos sem condições de sair. A princípio, nao foi possivel observar, pq o quarto é escuro e estávamos muito cansados da viagem. Mas logo após o banho, vimos que o quarto era sujo, ar condicionado quebrado e barulhento demais, poltrona em péssima condição de limpeza. Portas encardidas. Não dava para apoiar a mão sequer na parede. Chão do quarto com uma gosma grudenta, local onde acende a luz totalmente sujo. E para completar, vimos uma barata andando na parede. Matei. Poucos minutos depois, outras andando no chão. Acabamos colocando roupas de manga e calça comprida para deitar. Espero que o hotel não se de ao trabalho de dizer que são baratas d'água. De agua, terra ou ar, pouco importa. Uma barara é SEMPRE uma barata. Enfim, não dormimos a noite, pois quem sabe o que poderia acontecer neste filme de terror? Fujam!

Tout était parfait comme d'habitude. Ça fait 5 ans que nous y revenons à chaque année.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfortable bed with cozy linens and NO carpet. Every employee was accommodating and pleasant.

We stay here quite often. This stay left a little to be desired. The TV in the living room of our suite was inoperable. We found a dead roach in the bedroom. Cleaning staff should be advised to really check a room before guest check-in. That all said, we will continue to stay here. It is convenient to I-95 abd has generally good staff and breakfast.

It's clean, comfortable and conveniently located right off 95 with numerous dining options nearby. Breakfast was fine, everything was kept well stocked.

The place was adequate… morning breakfast wasn’t that great. The area around the pool was a little dirty. Otherwise, it did the job. We stayed for one night, wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.

The check-in staff were great. The manager was great and the young girl in the breakfast area was fantastic. Whomever hires has done a terrific job. The toilet seat was coming off, the toilet ran all night, freezer was all iced up as the door was left ajar, and little to no hot water. Probably would not stay there again as this property really needs updating.

Staff friendly, breakfast well stocked, staff constantly cleaning and helpful. Pool a little small but we were the only guests there so was ok. Bathroom needs a little renovation with small cracks in the tub and a few other small things. Room was clean. Overall a very good experience. Would definitely return.

Stay was very relaxing, breakfast was filling and cleanliness was good the thing that brought down the rating was the front desk girl we waited 5-10 min before anyone came to wait on us. I had to go outside and someone and there she was sitting at table eating,smoking or just talking to someone. When asked for someone to wait on us she asked what do you want. My wife did go behind desk to look if anyone was in the office. When sh e came in to check us in she seen wife leaving behind desk. And you were behind desk? My wife said was looking help. And the girl snapped back YOU NEVER GO BEHIND THERE. Very poor people skills on her part

Derrick the front desk consultant is very rude. He didn’t greet us. He kept walking to the back office while I was asking him questions to eat food and not help. He was on his phone and kept going outside to smoke. He has always been rude each visit.

Front desk staff varied from very nice to a little surly. There were a lot of ants around the indoor pool. I informed staff who said they would take care of it but the next day there were just as many. My kids and I got bitten both days. The hot breakfast was terrible.
