Property was really good however the after service is not to be found. I was charged twice for 2 nights and I only noticed when I got home. When I rang there was nothing they could do and I had to contact head office. I emailed head office and I've to wait 25 days plus for a response. So I'm 168 euro out of pocket at the hands of the Premier Inn but I can wait over a month to receive any help. Really annoyed and quite frankly feel robbed!!

I have stayed in the hotel several times over the years to visit friends locally. I used to live in Handforth and even remember it being built! However, it doesn't seem to have been updated much since then and needs better security. There's no aircon and the heating isn't brilliant. The rooms are fine - clean and just like every other PInn. Staff very nice too.
