威爾明頓市中心附近舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Wilmington Near Downtown)

Very comfortable room, big clean bathroom, lots of soft towels which was such a plus with the last 2 hotels only leaving 2 thin "towels"! Bed was very comfortable, and staff was friendly. Breakfast was so-so, frozen mini quiches warmed up....not so much. And location is 10 minutes from amazingly beautiful Cape Fear Riverwalk and 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach

This hotel is in bad need of an upgrade. The hotel clerk was very polite and helpful. Elevator was out , It happens, I get it. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and an odd smell in the room. If I had to do it again , I would spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else.

Room could use a refresh. Sofa bed dirty and matress worn. Bathroom clean but wear spots showing through. Price reflected the condition. Kids enjoyed breakfast.

Part of the property was under construction and it made it difficult to locate the motel, or access parking closer to the room. I will say that the staff was helpfull and the breakfast was very good.

This property charged us a $100 security deposit that was refundable, as we were told. We merely slept in the room, left no damage. We never got our security deposit back. Upon contacting the hotel several times, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I understand that it was not there money that has lost, but they took the money and should be responsible for the refund. I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute. My bank said the money was never released back to them. So where is the money?? I would not recommend this property.
