Escape to a stylish retreat in the heart of Wilmington! This charming 3rd-floor penthouse (walk-up) loft blends modern comforts with historic character. Enjoy exposed brick, hardwood floors, and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for your next getaway. (You will need to provide government-issued photo ID to us and a $500 security deposit may be charged at the host's discretion) To ensure a smooth and secure rental experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to provide government-issued photo ID, some personal information and agree to our terms and conditions. To adhere to the Building Security and Occupancy Policy here is what we will need and why we will need the information from you- Building Security & Safety: . Legal & Compliance: Collecting this information is necessary to adhere to the building's policy, which is implemented pursuant to local laws and for compliance reasons, as disclosed before booking. This includes potential security deposits depending on the booking platform's provided services, as outlined in the building policy. Insurance Requirements: . Effective Communication: Having your contact information allows for timely communication regarding your stay. Mutual Understanding: Agreeing to our terms and the building's requirements ensures clarity on rules and expectations. Your information will be handled confidentially and securely, in compliance with data privacy laws. *Tampering with security devices, such as video doorbells and security cameras , is a violation of our rental agreement. Guests will be cancelled and not refunded for tampering or disabling the cameras. *Maximum of 2 guests allowed in the property at any time . * Please no glitter in the unit or building, it is exceedingly difficult to remove from the surfaces and will result in an extra cleaning charge ($500-$3,500) *PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE ANYTHING IN THE UNIT, IF YOU SMOKE PLEASE DO OUTSIDE IN THE DRIVEWAY WITH ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED- WE PAY A MINIMUM OF $500 FOR SMOKE REMEDIATION THAT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU *No gatherings or parties, please be aware of the other units in the building and the other buildings in the neighborhood and be a considerate neighbor *Please wash, dry and put away all dishes before checking out
