Pro: good staff service, location is good, nice breakfast, room is cozy

We liked the location, it was quiet, what we needed. The staff for the most part that we had to communicate with were hospitable and helpful. The exterior and interior of the grounds were clean. What we didn't like was the shower stall flooring, it was dirty. Thank God we had bath slippers. We washed it off a bit with the hot water since we were too exhausted from the business/leisure experience to call and complain, switch rooms etc. There were ants in the room, and the bottle dispensers provided for showering weren't very cooperative. The sanitizer dispenser in the gym was out, so had to do our own cleaning. However, overall, we had a fairly good night's sleep, we did enjoy their continental breakfast, and their game room as we played pool a bit before leaving. I would give it a 3.8/5

In the first room assigned, the shade could go down only to about a foot from the bottom. I asked for and was assigned another room, which was better, but the shade was both off kilter, letting light in beneath the part of the shade closest to the bed, and creased, which let in a small amount of light *through* the shade. Also, I was unable to use the computer in the small business center, and no one could fix it before my bedtime, and I saw no guide for the TV. Worst, my usual breakfast is 1) eggs, 2) an orange, 3) oatmeal with 4) milk and a 5) banana, plus 6) a small container of yogurt. Of these 6, the first 5 were unavailable (and my favorite flavor of yogurt was also unavailable). I asked where else I could eat breakfast, and the desk clerk didn't know. He did say breakfast items should arrive before 2 p.m. (3 hours after my stay ended). The clerk did try to help with these and other issues, and two maintenance people quickly tried to solve the shade problem. When I later asked one of them for a status report, however, they said they told the clerk it couldn't be fixed tonight, and they were surprised he hadn't told me.

They were short staffed!!! Room NOT cleaned despite telling them we wanted it cleaned daily. Had to go to desk x2 for towels. Had no wash clothes. Has to go se a hand towel as wash cloth. Loud banging doors on hall we weee on All night Shade in room broke. Could not pull up shade to see outside

Most aspects of the hotel are fine to very good. There were three issues during my stay. While there are two elevators, only one was in service. For a hotel this size, that is insufficient. I ended up using the stairs despite my room being on the fourth floor. That brings me to the second issue. One of the stairwells has an entrance just inside the first set of sliding glass doors. It has a pad for keyed entry, but that did not work. Anyone could enter the hotel without the front desk clerk being aware. A level of security for guests disabled. Not great. The final issue has to do with the window shade. The drawstring to open and close is positioned on the far side of the heater/air conditioner. Not a problem except that there was a super sticky pest control ***** underneath the heater/air conditioner. I did not see it and when I went to open the shade, I stepped on it and had a very difficult time removing it from my sock. The sock was ruined. Surely there is a another location to place the ***** that would be impossible to step on.

10 minutes to get hot water in the room. Breakfast was a joke ..one serving pan empty a couple of muffins ..cooler empty of yogurt. Asked the front desk if they were running behind and the clerk said “ isn’t there enough food”. This place is a joke

The place was very clean and everyone was super friendly. Continental breakfast better than most! I will stay next time I’m in the area.
