Cómodo, accesible, agradable, tranquilo. Aparcamiento amplio y delante del propio acceso al edificio. Las camas son enormes en referencia a la media en Europa. Por supuesto, el personal ha sido muy agradable y educado. La limpieza de las habitación igualmente muy correcta. Solo cabe objetar que la decoración de las habitaciones no es de lo más actual.

Our room was clean and the staff was pleasant and polite. However, there was a vomit smell outside the elevator on the main floor and a similar smell inside the elevator itself. We were there over 4 days and we reported it several times each day. The staff said they wiped down the elevator and changed out the garbage bags, but the smell persisted. It was still there when we checked out, and as we left, we mentioned it again. The breakfast area bathrooms were disgusting. They were dirty, dark, and had no hot water which makes one wonder if the workers are washing their hands in only cold water. There was no drinking water provided, just juice and coffee. There was also a toilet plunger that sat outside our door for our entire stay. Eww! There are much better options in Williston.

Friendly service at the front desk, loved the room! Kitchenette was awesome. Amenities were very nice. Discount was good for being a Wyndham member. Comp breakfast was really good too! I had no complaints . 5 star in my opinion! Location was close to Walmart so we were able to get food, bring to the room that had a full sized fridge and that saved us money from going out to eat.

Phenomenal staff. Mercedes is the best and you can tell she truly cares about the hotel guests. I encountered a situation outside the hotel, reported it and the manager was very empathetic and supportive. It was no fault of the hotel as was another guest. Very clean.

Lots of ice on the sidewalk and I slipped and mentioned it to the desk gal they needed to address that back entrance….they didn’t. Jacuzzi and laundry services were not working. Otherwise, room was clean, bed was comfortable, I would stay there again.

We flew in from Florida and had no idea where to stay. We were very happy with our choice at the Hawthorn. The staff was so sweet and helpful. The location was great and close to everything. We would stay here again.
